On your first visit…

We will begin our campaign to make and keep your car safe and reliable.
On the first visit we will examine your car at no cost, both above and below, looking for safety and reliability concerns. We will fill out a form and give you a copy, inventorying any areas needing attention. We will talk to you about our concerns and help establish priorities that fit your budget. Our goal is that you have no surprises, no breakdowns.

   At each subsequent visit, we will review our initial inventory and update as needed. We always check brakes, belts, hoses, fuel lines,    fluids, steering, suspension, axles, driveshaft couplings, and more. We recommend that we be allowed to do this at regular intervals---for    example, at each oil change.We believe that only through a regular schedule of careful examination by experienced technicians can    reliability and safety be assured. We believe that our best customers expect this of us and we expect no less of ourselves. We would like    to make and keep your car safe and reliable.    -Terry
